Job Description
This role will report directly to the Managing Directors, and you will be expected to oversee the teams of HR. You will also be expected to serve as HR Business Partner for the subsidiaries of the group. Other responsibilities include:
• Reviewing and monitoring all policies, processes, systems and other initiatives to achieve the business goals.
• Participating and identifying the needs of the recruitment from each department and helping to bridge the gaps between what the organization needs today to future business goals.
• Designing, developing, and implementing HR programs to align the strategic people plan with business objectives.
• Setting up, developing, and improving an effective strategy to strengthen recruitment and selection processes for all level of hiring.
• Serving as the point of contact for employment relations and ensuring that business objectives are all being aligned.
• Introducing and implementing strategic initiatives across different business units to ensure that career paths are being mapped out.
• Collaborating with Head of Departments on workforce planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, and succession planning.
• Designing and developing organizational development solution to identify the people capabilities. This includes leading the learning and development committee to support a highly performed team.
• Championing and driving the culture initiatives to ensure a strong culture is embedded in the organization.
• Improving and reviewing compensation package to be competitive and align with the regulation.
• Managing payroll process, and compensation structure, and partnering with business to help them understand the policies and procedures that are HR related (salary review, promotion etc.).
• Developing the best HR Operation practices to ensure local compliance and business needs are achieved.
• Leading, coaching and inspiring team members to deliver high quality HR advices to the organization.
• If required, you will also be spearheading / participating in the transformation of the company.
The Successful Applicant
This role is only opened for Indonesians, and you must have experience leading the HR functions of an organization. Other requirement includes:
• University degree from top university.
• At least 20+ years working experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally a consumer or manufacturing sectors. With at least 8 years of experience as Head of HR/VP of HR/ HR Director.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa, English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be a plus.
• Experience in managing / continuously improve HR recruitment process should be shared in your CV.
• Strong understanding of local laws and regulations and proven experience in managing HR team.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, and with quite a lean team.
• Excellent communication in both Bahasa and English, and superb confident level to work with international team.
• Strong business-facing skills, including the ability to push back whenever necessary.
• Ability to design and implement HR initiatives to set and drive measurable business results.
